Warranty Coverage

• AiRay Lite X-Ray and iSensor(s): 2-year limited warranty
• Battery: 1-year limited warranty

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and guarantees proper function under normal use conditions.

What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence. Examples of non-covered situations include:

• Dropped or chewed items
• Water or extreme temperature exposure
• Damage caused by tripping, broken USB hubs, or tangled cords
• Evidence of tampering or unauthorized repairs

Every purchase comes with a twain driver, complimentary software, and lifetime technical support.

The Twain Driver is compatible with: EagleSoft, Open Dental, Dexis, CareStream, Tab32, Ortho2, Suni, Sota, Dentrix, XDR, SoPro, X Ray Vision and more.

For seamless integration, download the Ai-Dental software via the included USB, which automatically installs the TWAIN driver, allowing compatibility with most X-ray software.

Woodpecker I-sensors are typically compatible with a wide range of popular dental imaging software platforms. Some of the commonly supported imaging software include:

• Vatech EzDent
• Schick CDR
• Apteryx

If you are using any other specific software in your clinic, it may still be compatible, but you might need to install drivers or configure settings.
