To transfer your account from the old Oral Science website, view your past orders and place an order, reset your password using any of the emails used in the past for our old website.

Only for dental offices:

Reset your password using any email you previously used on our old website.

Dental offices with multiple accounts:
If your office used multiple accounts/emails on our old website, they may already be merged into one account automatically on our new website. Add any remaining emails as users to that account. Everyone logs in with their own email going forward. You can remove any user later if needed.

Never ordered online before?
Create a new account. Accounts with orders placed only through Customer Service can’t be transferred.

Your data is safe. The new website is fully secure — no privacy issues with the transfer or merge.
