User Agreement

This agreement contains the terms and purchasing policies regarding our website, pro.oralscience.com, between you (“Customer” and/or the people that you represent) and Oral Science Inc.

Please read these online terms and conditions carefully: they contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as the limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.

By placing an order, you signify that you have read and understood this agreement and have agreed to its terms, implications, and policies, legally binding you according to the applicable laws and regulations.

Ordering

Online Ordering

You can order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ordering online is safe, easy, and convenient. Once you have decided upon a product or products, simply click on the “add to cart” button. When you are done shopping, fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your order.

Although you can order 24/7, we ship on business days only. Please note that shipping times vary depending on the destination. You will be sent tracking information once your order is shipped.

Methods of Payment

You can pay with VISA or MASTERCARD.

Prices

All prices and other amounts appearing on our website are in Canadian dollars.

Taxes

Taxes of your province of residence will be applied for any purchase.

Billing and Shipping Outside of Canada

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to nor bill to addresses outside of Canada at this time. Should you require a copy of your invoice via e-mail, please send a request to service@oralscience.com.

Shipping and Returns

We try to ship as fast as we can, usually within a few business days. However, when we are experiencing high volume or a shortage, shipping may take longer. Orders placed on non-business days, including weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Charges

Regular shipping is free with any order of $500 or more, based on the cost of products before any taxes and shipping fees. For orders below $500, shipping fees are $14. We do not ship internationally.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Methods of Shipping

Orders are shipped with Purolator. If you have any questions, please contact service@oralscience.com.

Orders Shipped to the Wrong Address

If your order is returned to us because the address you provided is incorrect, we will contact you to obtain your new address. We will then request that you pay the full cost of shipping the products back to you. Thank you for understanding.

Temporarily Out of Stock Items

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via e-mail and advised of the expected shipping date of the back ordered item. Back ordered items are shipped as soon as they become available. If for any reason you wish to cancel a back ordered item, please contact us by e-mail at service@oralscience.com.

Receipt of Goods by Customer

Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items should be reported to Oral Science Inc. immediately. All goods held by the customer for more than 30 days cannot be returned.

Returns

You may return eligible items purchased from Oral Science Inc. for a full refund of applicable charges within 30 days of the date received. The items must be in original new condition, with all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact and in their original packaging. Items that are used, opened, damaged, incomplete, or not in resaleable condition may not be returned.

Returns are not applicable to equipment, special-order products, clearance items, or any other products that Oral Science Inc. may determine, at its sole discretion, are not eligible for return.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item.

How to Return an Item

First notify us by e-mail of your intention to return an item. Include your name, order number, and order details. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Return shipping fees are to be paid by the customer unless we made a mistake with your order. Keep the tracking number for your records and send it to us by e-mail. The customer is liable for loss or damage that might happen during return transport. For your protection, you may consider purchasing insurance for the value of the item returned.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Method of Reimbursement

Once we receive the package and confirm that the article meets our terms and conditions, we will issue the refund. If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount.

The descriptions, data, pictures, and information on our website are intended to be accurate at the time they are uploaded to our site. All information is subject to change without notice.

Colours are represented as realistically as possible, but colour variations of product images or colour swatches are outside of our control because software, hardware, and Internet connections can alter the appearance of colours.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product and price information, errors do occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The terms and conditions of this policy may change without prior notice. The terms and conditions of this policy may have been translated. In case of dispute in regard to the interpretation, the English version of the policy will prevail.
