How do I know when the battery needs recharging?
The battery lasts about 60 minutes (roughly 15 cleanings of 4 minutes). An LED stripe with 7 levels shows the charge each time you remove the handpiece or switch it off; charge it when the stripe lights up red. If fully empty, no lights show while charging until it reaches a low charge. Brushing power stays the same regardless of remaining charge.
How often can I use it?
As often as you want; brushing at least twice a day is recommended.
Is it safe to use?

How do I get the device running?

My product isn't working. What can I do?
The likely cause is that it isn’t charged or turned on. Place it securely on the charger, press the on/off button, and check that it’s seated in the charging port and the USB is plugged into a working outlet. To test the charger: switch on the handpiece and plug it into the connected charger; if it stops automatically the charger works, and if it keeps running the charger is faulty and can be returned and replaced.
How do I use it correctly?
Let the bristles do the work: hold the head against each tooth for two to three seconds without pressing hard. After brushing, rinse and either remove the head or leave it on. Don’t bend the device. Instructional videos are available on the Curaprox YouTube channel.
There's a gap between the brush head and handpiece. Is it inserted properly?
Yes; the gap is an intentional feature. If the head rested directly on the handpiece, the vibrations would be blocked. The gap provides the clearance needed to transmit vibrations.
How do I clean the device?
Clean it with only water and a soft cloth. To clean the charger, unplug it first and wipe with a damp, soft cloth without detergent.
Can I use it in the shower?
Although it is IPX7 waterproof, using it in the shower isn’t recommended, mainly because it can distract from effective brushing.
What is the warranty process for professionals and consumers?
To replace a non-working Hydrosonic Pro (regular or trial), email the distributor with proof of purchase and the serial number; a free replacement unit is sent with no shipping fee, and the broken unit doesn’t need to be returned.
